Shipping Policy
We know you’re excited to receive your order! We always strive to pack and ship your products as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Rates
We like to keep things simple and rewarding for our customers:
- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $60 or more!
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $60, we apply a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.
2. Processing Time
All orders are carefully processed and dispatched from our New Jersey warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and company breaks). As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Because we ship directly from our NJ facility, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Here are the estimated transit times once your package leaves our warehouse:
- East Coast (NY, NJ, PA, MA, MD, etc.): Approximately 2 business days.
- Midwest & South: Approximately 3–4 business days.
- West Coast (CA, WA, etc.): Approximately 5 business days.
4. Damages & Claims
While we pack every order with the utmost care, once a package leaves our facility, we are not directly responsible for damages that occur during transit. If your product unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
