Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at support@natures-dazzle.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

3. Damages and Order Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will quickly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, please get in touch.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must still meet our standard eligibility requirements (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

7. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: May be granted if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@natures-dazzle.com.
