How to Brew Korean Adenophora Root
Rinse about 0.35 oz (10 g) of slices, add to 4 to 6 cups (1 to 1.5 liters) of water, bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 30 to 40 minutes. It's mild and gently sweet, easy to drink in place of plain water; add licorice or honey for sweetness.
