Our Reishi Mushrooms are grown in South Korea and dried using traditional methods to preserve their full-bodied flavor and beneficial qualities. Perfect for vitality-supporting tea infusions.
Simmer 5–10g of Reishi slices in 3–4 cups of water for 30–60 minutes. Strain before drinking. Enjoy warm or chilled.
