1. Rinse the raw seeds quickly under running water and drain well.
2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat (no oil needed).
3. Add the seeds and stir constantly to prevent burning.
4. Roast for 5-10 minutes until the seeds pop slightly and a savory, nutty aroma fills the air.
